Should you require delivery you must contact us prior to placing an order to confirm delivery costs.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWay or PayPal containing your order detail (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our in house delivery service and/or nominated carrier services within ten (10) working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
We will not deliver to PO Box addresses and physical address is required.

Refunds / Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss of damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, we are entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund. To obtain compensation, you would need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by us to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Consumer guarantee does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage/freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the consumer. We recommend that you return the product via a Registered Delivery Service and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & amp; therefore we advise you take out insurance with your postal/freight carrier. In2Furniture will not be responsible for products or parcels lost or damaged whilst in transit if you choose not to insure.
To the full extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and other terms express or implied by statute, custom or common law are excluded. Nothing contained in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy implied by any statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, provided that, to the extent that the statute permits, n2Furniture is entitled to limit its liability as set out below for a breach of a guarantee, condition or a warranty implied by that statute.
All products sold under the In2Wicker and In2Teak categories are designed and manufactured for domestic outdoor use only, unless otherwise specified. All products sold under the In2Home category are designed and manufactured for domestic indoor use only, unless otherwise specified.
Some simple care and maintenance can greatly extend the life of your purchase. It is recommended that outdoor furniture be covered to protect the product when exposed to the elements and not in use.
Aluminium frames are covered by a 2 year structural warranty. Warranty specifically excludes damage to powder coat finish caused by corrosion, scratching, pitting, fading or peeling.
Cushions are covered by a 1 year warranty. Warranty specifically excludes stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric and flattening of any cushion filling and, breakage or loss of buttons and zippers.
PE Wicker is covered by a 2 year limited warranty. Warranty specifically excludes scratching of wicker finish or any damage caused through exposure to direct sunlight.
Natural Wicker/Rattan is covered by a 1 year warranty and can be used outdoors undercover. Warranty specifically excludes scratching of wicker/rattan finish or any damage caused through exposure to direct sunlight.
Teak furniture is covered by a 2 year structural warranty. Warranty specifically excludes scratching, staining, splitting, fading or discolouring, and chipping plus, damage resulting from applying oils/ stains / chemicals other than teak oil.
Tempered Glass breakage and chipping is not covered under warranty.
All products in the In2HomeDecor category are covered by a 1 year warranty. Warranty specifically excludes stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric and flattening of any cushion filling and, breakage or loss of buttons in the case of cushions, table runners, placemats and rugs.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the purchase date and covers manufacturing faults and defects. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, refinish or replace the failed item.
The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete setting. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, refinish or replacement.
In the event of a failure it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the tax invoice. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware.
In addition to all rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth) and any other relevant legislation, the manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
“Our liability under this manufacturer’s warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials under normal domestic use and that it was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to); defective installation, maintenance or repair that is carried out by someone other than In2Furniture or its agents, alteration or modification of the product in any manner that is not recommended by the manufacturer, neglect, misuse or excessive use, storm or environmental damage.”
This furniture is sold for domestic use only, for use in the owners’ home. Use of this furniture for commercial purposes or in commercial situations will not be covered by this warranty.
The benefits conferred by this manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Commonwealth), and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled, and this warranty does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law.
